We have stayed at South point for 4 years in a row. This year was different. The restaurants were a much lower quality than they had been every other year. For instance the breakfast place that usually provides good portions for their prices seemingly forgot the bang for your buck quality. Each day orders were messed up but I will say the servers were nice. We were there 7 days 6 nights and it felt as if each day got worse. And not to mention the horrible smell of weed that filled my parents and grandparents rooms and was not taken care of by staff. And then they were gaslit into believing it was somehow my parents fault for only calling two times to report it because maybe after the 3rd time they would have investigated it and solved the problem because they have a “ no tolerance “ weed policy ( note: we were staying on a non smoking floor). 0/5 would recommend staying somewhere else
